TL Coastal is the exception among Florida contractors. Professional, honest and reliable. All too often Florida contractors have earned the bad reputation they have. TL reminds me of the old days when promises made were promises kept and a handshake was better than a contract. 

The team at TL Coastal Construction has been a dream to work with these past five years!  Tim and Scott install all the helical pilings we need for our pool construction company.  Ann is so quick to provide estimates, they are clear about possible additional costs upfront so there are no surprises, and they have always been reliable with timing which is key to having our construction jobs run smoothly.  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy construction services.

I've been a licensed and active general contractor in Florida since 1986, and have had experience with many, many subcontractors. My experience in working with TL Coastal Helicals and Tim Lang has been an exemplary one. The product, helical piles, is an excellent one that we have used in many circumstances where no other system would work due to proximity to existing improvements or other site impediments. Tim's unmatched expertise with the entire process from planning through installation has been critical in achieving the project goals. I highly recommend TL Coastal and Tim without reservation. 
 

Back sometime in 2009 to 2010 I met a guy that does HELICAL PILES.  He had done many jobs for me at his previous employer.

One day he asked me if I would support him if he went out on his own new business venture.
  
He had told me that he was going out on his own and he did.  Buying equipment, getting insurance, and getting a license to do HELICAL PILES is not an easy thing in itself.  By the way, he does have a GC license.  The GC license is the highest license that you can receive in the State of Florida for construction purposes.

After obtaining this license, the State of Florida requires that you have continuing education every two years to keep that license current.

But you also have to secure a reliable supplier.  He did all of this and asked me if I would still support him in his business venture.

Without hesitation I said yes.  I think that I might even have been his first customer.  I have never been disappointed with anything that I have asked Tim to do.  NEVER, not once!  He is a very dependable person, cares about each job, and is a straight shooter.

When I have a job for HELICAL PILES I do not call anyone else.  I always call Tim no matter what.  That is how much trust I have in him. When you meet him you will find out that he is the kindest man you will ever meet.

He will be on your job everyday himself until it is finished.

When I call I know I will get the best price that he can give. I know when he tells me he will be there, he will be there. I know that if things change on the job site he is always willing and able to handle the circumstances without complaining, instead figuring out the challenge and completing the project. 
   
Tim has never done a job that I was disappointed in.  When you call Tim you will get the total team, and that includes his wife, Ann, which is a rock star in my mind.

My only regret is that I do not get to talk to him every day. The only reason is because I do not need HELICAL PILES every day.  But when I do, you can count on who I will call.
